For over 25 years, I have worked with children to overcome anxiety and overwhelm to be their most focused, balanced and successful self.  These are the 3 exercises that I consistently, successfully teach my students to help them deescalate their stress, get out of the cycle of anxiety, and move forward to show them how to take on their personal power, their personal strength and to change how they feel about themselves, and the situations going on around them.  How to be self-aware, and to maintain a balanced state.
